Work Guidelines

This process includes two procedures, including mixing and granulation.
After the hopper is closed, the powder is loaded into the material tray from the conical hopper and continues to rotate inside the container under the action of the stirring blades. At the same time, all materials form a liquid bridge shape under the continuous action of the conical wall. Under the squeezing, friction, and debris of the blades and conical tank walls, all materials gradually rotate and become loose. Finally, while opening the hopper outlet, the water sample particles are pushed away under the centrifugal effect blades.

The mixing blades and cutting blades adopt variable frequency speed regulation for easy control of particle size.
The shaft is filled with air to prevent all dust from compacting.
The conical hopper structure ensures that all materials rotate at an equal speed. The bottom of the tank is equipped with a interlayer and a water-cooled circulating system, which has better thermostatic performance than the air-cooled system and improves particle quality.
The lid of the pot automatically lifts and comes with a drying device, and comes with a built-in handrail ladder for easy operation.
The lifting system with blades is more conducive to cleaning the blades and pot body.
The discharge port has been changed to an arc shape, avoiding upward dead corners.
