A brief introduction
The tube bottle tablet bottling machine is suitable for packaging larger and thinner tablets, which are sequentially fed into a single row of tube bottles/tubes in an overlapping manner. The device is completely controlled by PLC centralized control. Verified by various detection methods such as optical fiber and photoelectric detection, the performance is stable and the automation operation is reliable. No pills, bottles, or caps can automatically alarm and shut down. The contact part with the tablet is made of high-quality 316 stainless steel, which fully meets GMP requirements.
Composition and Function
1. Bottle cap vibration system: Manually load the bottle cap into the hopper, and the vibration system automatically arranges the bottle cap onto the rack for stoppage.
2. Tablet feeding system: Manually place the tablets into the hopper, vibrate and automatically send the tablets into the channel for packaging preparation.
3. Pipe feeding device: Manually place the pipe into the hopper, and the vibration system automatically sends the pipe to the rack. Before feeding the hopper, the direction of the pipes should be manually checked
4. Pushing device: When the test tube receives the tablet, the pushing system automatically pushes the cap and closes the tube, without any medication or test tube.
5. Electric control part: This machine is controlled by PLC, cylinder, and stepper motor, and has an automatic multifunctional alarm system.
Main materials
The machine frame is made of steel and enamel paint, the platform cover is 304, and other materials are sandblasted with aluminum alloy, 304 stainless steel. All materials in contact with the flat plate are SUS316L.
Operation process
Manually place the tablets into the hopper - enter the screening section - automatically arrange the tablets onto the track - automatically enter the loading position.
Manually put the bottle into the bottle barrel in one direction - automatically feed the bottle to the filling position. Manually load the lid into the hopper - automatically organize the lid - enter the gland position.
This machine automatically completes the filling and capping of tablets into bottles.
